An employer is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Agent to work for a large healthcare company in Brea. This candidate will be responsible for processing medical requests all while providing great customer service. The Healthcare Call Center agent will be working directly with patients informing them on approved and denied medical treatment so customer service must be superb. Throughout the day you will be contacting physicians offices as well as Health Plans to complete treatment requests. This includes escalating incoming calls, fax, and email inquiries regarding status and eligibility. Due to COVID-19 this position will be remote for the foreseeable future. The shifts for this role differ and can be chosen upon conversation.
