What’s the job?

ClearVoice seeks a Junior Creative Recruiter to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that ClearVoice is producing world-class content for our customers through a freelance network. Our Talent Managers vet, recruit, and manage our freelance network of content writers, designers, and editors. Experience in curating teams, freelancing, people management and data analysis are crucial to this role.

The Talent Success Manager role is a vital part of our Service Delivery team and reports to and works in close partnership with the Talent Lead. Each Talent Manager works cross-departmentally with our Customer Success and Managing Editor teams to deliver quality content aligned with our customer's goals and brand. The Talent Manager is a solution-oriented problem solver.

What am I going to do?

• Create aligned freelance teams to match incoming clients
• Establish freelancer budgets for accounts
• Vet & onboard new content creators
• Manage changing freelancer availability across accounts
• Enhance the freelancer experience & journey from onboarding to freelancer growth in the platform
• Assist in deadline management, client content reviews, and content triage events
• Ensure accurate payouts for our Producer role
• Help establish a stronger accountable network of freelancers through community & relationship management
• Perform platform-related tasks relevant to content production in ClearVoice
• Coordinate interviews between clients and freelancers

What are the qualifications?:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting freelancer
• SEO experience is a bonus
• Content strategy is a bonus
• Experience working with freelancers in some capacity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Able to easily collaborate on various projects throughout a wide array of industries
• Software knowledge:
• Microsoft Office: Word, PPT, Excel
• Google Apps: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Analytics
• CRM - Salesforce or other (we use HubSpot and that’s preferred)
• Project management software (Monday or other)
• A positive, entrepreneurial attitude, Self starter
• Experience working with budgets for marketing campaigns
