For these roles, these US-based individuals will work with the customer's technology and will follow detailed playbooks and processes to interface within the specific workstream assigned.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Handle high volume matters by collecting critical data through various customer systems.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed goals.
  • Become proficient on the customer's technology, platforms, and applications.
  • Review court orders and discovery requests.
  • Follow processes and playbooks.
  • Interface with the broader team.
  • Interface with customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with orders and gather discovery responses.
  • Communicate with counsel.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. litigation.
  • Experience in labor and employment law, TROs, eDiscovery, or trademark law is a plus.

Skills For Success

  • Strong communication skills - able to professionally interface with customers and litigants' counsel and able to communicate issues directly to the internal manager rather than the customer.
  • Able to work with remote team members using technology (video calls, emails, and Teams chats).
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Team player - able to jump in as needed to assist other team members.
  • Able to assist on other matters as time allows.
  • Flexible and open to learning new areas as needed.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with DocuSign.
  • Experience with web-based applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.
