The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives within Binnies. This role focuses on coordinating training programs, connecting with our early career professionals and ensuring the smooth execution of their various learning activities.
The Learning and Development Coordinator collaborates with different stakeholders, including managers, subject matter experts and employees to enhance the overall learning experience and drive professional development across Binnies.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing the L&D platform highlighting and promoting skills development opportunities
- Supporting the L&D Manager in the coordination and delivery of internal and external training
- Creation of monthly and annual training & development reports as required
- Supporting in the administration of early career professional’s qualifications
- Updating and maintaining training and qualification records in the LMS
- Responding to general L&D queries, escalating where appropriate
- Assisting on ad hoc projects as required

- Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Powerpoint, Word and Excel
