Talent Acquisitions and Retention Specialist

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of talent acquisition or legal recruiting experience as a corporate recruiter is required
- High-level communication, time management, and relationship-building skills are crucial
- Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
- Knowledge of employment law, human resource policies and guidelines, and recruitment best practices are needed
- Bachelor’s degree is ideal
Responsibilities
- Record detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with Human Resource Managers and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, and associate attorneys
- Promote outreach methods to job seekers, such as referrals, job fairs, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and high-volume cold calling
- Direct the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow-up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
- Leverage candidate search opportunities through multiple channels like networking groups, colleges, and service organizations
- Work with Human Resource manager to develop plans and opportunities for retention, such as CLE courses, activities, etc. to retain top talent
