Job Description

We’re seeking a driven and engaging entry level Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent for a growing mid-size software company based in Florida! You will perform full-cycle recruiting and work closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit for the company and culture. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing full life cycle of recruiting, for both technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specs
  • Post job specs in applicant tracking system (ATS) and our careers page, on external job boards, and on college career boards
  • Source and recruit candidates through a variety of resources including databases, social media, networking, cold calling, etc.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments
  • Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service
