Your Responsibilities
Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Requirements
  • 18 year of age or older
  • High School Graduate or GED preferred
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Environmental Requirements Include: 1. Internet Access; Minimum of 12 mbps download and 1 mbps upload speed 2. Dedicated landline for work purposes only 3. A quiet, professional work space free from distractions
