Your Responsibilities
Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Requirements
Requirements
- 18 year of age or older
- High School Graduate or GED preferred
- Availability to work various shifts
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Environmental Requirements Include: 1. Internet Access; Minimum of 12 mbps download and 1 mbps upload speed 2. Dedicated landline for work purposes only 3. A quiet, professional work space free from distractions
