Job Description

We are looking for Payroll Specialist to join Procore’s Accounting team! In this role, you will ensure accurate processing and recording of company International payrolls and provide timely and accurate financial information. To be successful in this role, you should have sharp attention to detail, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under firm timelines.

As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll ultimately help us maintain an efficient International payroll process that supports our employees and complies with all country regulations.

This position reports into the International Payroll Manager and will be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare, verify, and process international payrolls and the relevant 3rd party vendor payments, payroll fillings and YE payroll reporting
• Confidently calculate all payments from Gross to Net, including all statutory payments, pension contributions for international payrolls
• Upload bank files for payroll and tax payments
• Develop and maintain documentation and controls for international payroll-related activities.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with all global payroll service providers to resolve issues and create system enhancements to produce accurate payrolls.
• Manages preparation of ad-hoc reports (special projects, data requests, etc.).
• Assist the Payroll team with administrative and clerical tasks
• Assist in audits, by liaising with other departments/stakeholders
• Complete other duties as assigned
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of global payroll experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and HRIS applications
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications, including MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A strong ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
