Job Description

As a Financial Analyst on the Pricing and Contract Lifecycle Management Team within Operations, you will support existing financial streams via client contractual increases. You will consolidate, validate, and analyze data from client contracts, financial systems, and other internal and external sources and interact with multiple internal and external teams. You should have an analytical and detail-oriented approach with the ability to self-motivate, efficiently prioritize, and think critically.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Enabling the daily, weekly, monthly review and updates to key performance metrics
  • Translate business needs to deliver data insights.
  • Challenge existing processes to further enhance and automate reporting efforts through process improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively provide leading indicators for potential performance gaps
  • Produce customized presentations for intended audiences and business reviews.
  • Ongoing data validation and quality control checks
  • Be a subject matter expert on data governance and data integrity as it relates to data relevant to the Pricing and Contract Lifecycle Management Team.
  • Other duties as required and assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Math, Computer Science or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of analytics, sales, finance, operations, and/or customer service-related experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, macros, advanced formulas, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments required.
  • Ability to visually present and communicate data and recommendations required.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and written/verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with experience working with leadership required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines required.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and continually delivers quality work with a continuous improvement mindset required.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

Hiring Range: from $56,200 - $112,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
