Insurity’s Next Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team at Insurity, you are more than just a “Recruiter”. You are a relationship builder, brand ambassador, and partner to many. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build deep industry knowledge by working on a vast array of roles across multiple functions.

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Partner Operations, you will be joining a highly collaborative team that is focused on promoting a positive candidate experience no matter the outcome.

What Our Talent Acquisition Specialist Will Do

  • Lead the talent acquisition and candidate selection process from start to finish for your assigned requisitions. This includes intake sessions, resume reviews, pre-screening conversations, scheduling and participating in interviews, and offer preparation.
  • Build and grow a pipeline that supports our search for diverse top talent and keep on the lookout for promising new sourcing channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to build deep subject matter expertise in our business to forecast and influence hiring plans and decisions.
  • Establish and maintain your network of relationships with business leaders, academic institutions, and other recruitment sources.
  • Assist with the onboarding process including monitoring milestones and serving as a point of contact for all new hires.
  • Collaborate with our vendor partners to promote a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for our on- and offshore partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and job-related trends including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in the tech space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for ensuring timely follow up with colleagues, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who can look at processes through a critical lens and offer feedback to promote continuous improvement.

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience.
