Customer & Creator (C&C) Product Manager
TeePublic is looking for a skilled technical Product Manager to join its rapidly growing team in NYC. This individual will be a highly motivated and organized self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. They should be able to PM e-commerce user-facing products for both our customer and creator users. They should have 1-2+ years experience working as a PM, preferably in the e-commerce industry. They will help define our strategy and move key metrics like customer retention and conversion rate. This individual will be the PM directly working with our Customer & Creator (C&O) team with a culture built on passion, hard-work, and fun.
About The Job
We empower our product teams to build product for our customers and creators in unique ways that help us scale customer retention, the funnel, improve the artist experience, and strategically maneuver us through the DTG e-commerce marketplace. You’ll work under our Director of Marketplace Product to keep the C&C team aligned with company goals and strategy.
You’ll work closely with our community team (who manage artist relationships/needs), the Director of Marketplace Product (who oversees the customer experience), the C&C engineering team, our design team, and the affiliate team. You’ll start by executing on product and shift overtime to defining our strategic vision and crafting our roadmap.

The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $110- $130K. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
