Talent Acquisition Partner - Focus on PRN Healthcare Positions

In this role, you are responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for PRN (per diem) Medical Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants nationwide. This is a centralized function within our People Experience team partnering with hiring managers at various levels of the organization to identify qualified candidates through effective sourcing and branding. You will support all the details involved in moving applicants through the interview, offer, and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for PRN clinical openings nationwide.
  • Heavily leverage job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to generate leads and build relationships with qualified candidates.
  • Create job postings and identify new sourcing tools.
  • Pre-screen and evaluate potential candidates, as well as conduct initial interviews.
  • Assist in coordinating candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate wages.
  • Assist with on-boarding new employees post-offer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience performing full lifecycle recruiting
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills
  • Must be proficient with PC skills including MS Office Suite, Web based software tools, and ATS platforms (iCIMS a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and execute on a plan.
  • Ability to build relationships with teammates, managers and candidates by approaching all work with integrity and commitment.
  • Excellent analytical skills including creative problem solving and thorough troubleshooting ability.

(Colorado, New York and California Only*) Minimum salary of $45,000 plus benefits
