National is a growing, multi-brand company looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to attract, hire, and retain the best talent. The Healthcare Recruiter will be an integral member of our team combining research and consultative skills to deliver an extraordinary level of service to our clients and associates. The person selected for this role will be creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy, focused on relationship building with hiring managers to help them identify their needs, generate candidate pipeline, and ensure a strong interview process execution. Must have extensive knowledge of and proven success in sourcing candidates, interviewing techniques, and state and federal laws regarding employment practices.
Cuready – an extension of National’s Talent Team, provides Ultrasound Professionals in all specialty areas across the U.S. with a comprehensive base of credentialed, experienced health care professionals for temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent placement services. Cuready also offers on-site instruction and accreditation assistance. Cuready is committed to promoting and preserving the Ultrasound profession.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and develop a talent pipeline for our clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing our ongoing recruiting strategies and plans
- Responsible for prospecting and new client outreach
- Create and update job descriptions
- Full cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing to on boarding
- Consistently work to create a pipeline of candidates ready to join the company
- Network within the industry, HR field, Healthcare industry, associations, and leverage National’s internal professional network to build a strong network of candidates
- Help to strengthen National’s brand as an "employer of choice" within our industry
- Research and recommend new and innovative recruiting and hiring systems and tools
- Maintain all applicant data consistent with state and federal laws in addition to company policies and procedures
- Perform supplemental reference and background checks
- Prepare and send offer letters and rejection letters
- Assist in preparing new hire on boarding as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a fast paced, independent, individual with a drive to succeed
- Must be able to handle high volumes of activity at one time
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Must be able to handle high volumes of activity and requisitions at one time
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving, motivating, and training abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree is ideal or Associates degree with and 2-4 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
- Knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry.
- Strong recruiting experience, especially the ability to build a territory/portfolio of people
- Some travel may be required
All employees are expected to have knowledge of National’s business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.
