Tonkin + Taylor is New Zealand's leading engineering and environmental consultancy, renowned for our technical excellence in solving complex challenges. We are proudly a New Zealand, employee-owned company and our collective mission is to create and sustain a better world.

At T+T, we strongly believe that it's our people that keep our clients coming back. Kei te hiahia mātou ki ōu pūkenga | We want your skills

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator.

Our team looks after the intranet, internal communications, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) programme, and our templates system and knowledge base - and more. Our work is highly collaborative, and involves an interesting blend of IT, people-skills and stakeholder management - with each of the specialising in one or more of these areas. We have team members across NZ, so most of our collaboration is online.

This role will focus on the Templates system, and on coordination and admin tasks to support the wider team, including our DEIB programme. Your week could include: using Templafy+Word to build a new template, problem-solving issues with existing templates, liaising with stakeholders about their template needs, developing and coordinating internal DEIB events/meetings/trainings, collating/analysing feedback from workplace experience initiatives … and a whole lot more.

We are interested in candidates with a range of experience with IT, administration, stakeholder management and communications - whether your experience is in your professional life or through your personal interests. Maybe you've worked in an IT Helpdesk role and are looking to branch out, maybe you are an admin superstar with advanced spreadsheet experience, or perhaps your hobby-life includes serious web-skills or Minecraft hacks.

You will be someone who gets a buzz out of working with a wide range of people, solving problems, and creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
