Job Description

SUMMARY: The Recruiting Coordinator ensures efficient processing to provide an optimal candidate experience. This role is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team with a wide range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, interview scheduling, background check administration, managing pre-onboarding activities for new recruits, and responding to inquiries using our ticketing system.

  • Support the talent acquisition team throughout the recruiting and hiring process
  • Orchestrate candidate interviews
  • Administer the background check process for candidates
  • Respond to questions related to hiring policies and procedures
  • Interact with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure the ultimate recruitment and hiring experience
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for talent management team and human resources to include audits and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • One (1) year of talent management or human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MS365; Web proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Proven ability to work effectively with team and customers
  • Must be able to work evenings/weekends as needed
  • Ability to clear required background check

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • Talent acquisition full life cycle experience
  • Workday experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate this position will pay between $15.81 - $24.76 per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role and you will be an employee of Randstad. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Randstad offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
