Their duties include recruiting candidates with the particular skills Intent Amplify seeks, such as Sales/Business Development skills, and they usually hire for roles such as Director Sales, BDMs, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Specialist are in charge of developing and putting into action a talent pipeline, which will be used to recruit a large pool of talent. They offer organisations the essential confidence that they need to hire the candidates who are competent and equipped to handle their hiring requirements.
Other responsibilities of a recruiter include:
· Work together with Hiring Manager to better understand the key requirements for a position
· Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates
· Make sure that the potential employees have necessary skills to meet internal needs
· Screen the experts in a very specialised manner in order to determine their competency

· Remain at the forefront of the most recent market trend
· Set up interviews between the Hiring Manager and the potential candidate
· Illustrate the benefits of the company’s pay plan and aid in navigating any negotiations over
Qualifications and Skills
· Candidate should have minimum 2 yrs. relevant experience.
· Should have understanding of overall recruitment process.
· Ability to think and understand the needs of the organization.
· Ability to analyze and understand the organizational medium and long-term business plans.
· Experienced with sourcing techniques.
· Confident, Assertive and having excellent communication skill (written and verbal).
· Computer literacy, should be well versed with MS applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
