The Role
We are seeking a multifaceted, proactive and highly motivated Work Life, and Culture (WLC) Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in our WLC team and requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, solid communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. As our Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operational excellence through all aspects of the employee lifecycle. To succeed in this role you should be comfortable managing multiple parallel projects, able to thrive and maintain a positive attitude in a very fast-paced environment, and able to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and reliability. The ideal candidate will be curious and challenge the status quo, while being passionate about mastering a wide variety of WLC tasks with exposure to multiple facets within WLC and eager to grow. The WLC Coordinator will work cross-functionally with multiple teams including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operational Excellence and will report directly to the Director, WLC Operations.
Responsibilities
This role will perform a broad range of duties for the Work Life and Culture team at ITHAKA.
Core duties
Provide general HR support, administer policies, procedures, and programs related to all aspects of HR activity. Organize, update and maintain employee files, preps and manages HR documents and performs data entry for the HRIS system software. Brings operational excellence into all aspects of WLC work and partners closely with the WLC Business Systems Analyst to ensure data integrity, document workflows and automate WLC processes.

Compensation And Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $57,500.00 per year. Starting pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At present, our total compensation package for benefits-eligible employees includes medical, dental, and vision plans, an employer-paid 10% retirement contribution, paid parental and caregiver leave, 22 days of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, up to 12 sick days, wellness benefits, and more. Please note that ITHAKA, at its discretion, may make changes to its benefits programs from time to time.
