Blueprint Test Preparation is seeking an HR Specialist who is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. This awesome addition to our team will support part-time employees and ensure compliance in onboarding, offboarding, training, benefits, and more. Preferred candidates will have a strong desire to be #alwayslearning and work well collaborating with a team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all part-time employee HR functions including, but not limited to:
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation program, following state onboarding requirements
• Complete offboarding duties
• Facilitate and ensure compliance in state required harassment training
• Maintain job descriptions
• Administer employee benefits, including 401(k)
• Employee communications
• Assist HR team with planning and execution of various employee programs and events
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractors
• Support other Blueprint initiatives as needed

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred
• You have worked with HR systems and have developed preferences for how to use them and why.
• You enjoy fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• You are collaborative and quickly develop productive and collegial relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• You bring proven analytical capabilities, project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
• You take your work very seriously but not yourself.
