Benefits Administrative Associate II-Remote

Monday- Friday 8:00am-8:00pm EST

Shift Hours: | Monday- Friday 8:00am-8:00pm EST | !!!SOME WEEKENDS MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM 9:00AM-6:00PM

  • MANDATORY TRAINING | 4-6 weeks PAID!!!! M-F***

Starting Pay: $15.00 hr

  • Up to $16.00hr after successful completion of Training***

About The Benefits Administrative Associate Role

Within this role, the ideal candidate will respond to inbound calls from employees regarding their benefits. At the responsibility of the candidate, must also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively and understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge (MS office, teams, outlook, word)
  • Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note taking
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Strong data Entry skills
  • Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable taking inbounds and responding to employee inquiries

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls regarding employee FSA and HSA account benefits as it pertains to mostly based around three different types: Healthcare Flexible spending Accounts, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Health reimbursement arrangements.
  • Process claims and renewals
  • Will maintain a strict confidentiality of claims and apply HIPPA Privacy and security regulations
  • Respond to the account holders inquiries and concerns of about benefits processes and resolve discrepancies and disputes.
  • Take approach to escalating calls to appropriate leadership

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $ 26,640 - $ 33,300
