You will have the opportunity to:

• Take ownership of an assigned portfolio of retirement plans
• Service our client by performing annual compliance testing, 5500 form preparation
• Provide consultation to the client with audit support
• Perform quality control testing for complex plans; (IDA plan filings, master trust plans and conversion plans)
• Prepare billable service deliverables
• Support team members with mentorship and training
• Analyze team processes and procedures
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to internal and external customers

You will make an impact and provide exceptional service by:

• Effectively managing your work and prioritizing time sensitive matters
• Providing your knowledge and expertise on compliance testing
• Taking initiative and support team members
• Asking questions and have a thirst for learning
• Leveraging your prior experience in retirement plans and regulatory services

Education Required:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

This positon is fully remote if living outside of Indianapolis. If local to Indianapolis, the position is hybrid.
