• 80% PHP/Linux/MySQL/NGINX, 20% .NET/C#
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery with Jenkins
• MacBook workstations

Essential Skills & Experience

• A robust understanding of web development principles (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JS, etc.) and object-oriented programming
• Proficient experience developing in PHP using Symfony or Laravel frameworks.
• Competence with SQL (preferably MySQL), including query profiling/tuning and user management.
• Familiarity with web-oriented development frameworks
• The capacity to strike a balance between perfection in code and real-world time-to-market considerations.

You'll Really Stand Out With

• Knowledge of other scripting languages such as Perl, Python, etc.
• Experience with .NET/C#
• Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with multiple PHP frameworks
• Advanced system administration skills, including networking or web server configuration.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, particularly with Jenkins
• Experience with unit testing, especially PHPUnit

Education

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field, or comparable work experience
