About The Role
Smartwyre’s vision is to build a commercial digital network for all agricultural inputs. This will transform the commercial performance of manufacturers, distributors, retailers and farmers through accurate real-time pricing and costing. We are growing quickly with hubs in Denver, CO, Raleigh, NC, and London, UK and support remote working. We are looking for Product Manager to work closely with our customers, Group Product Manager and engineering teams in the US and Europe to define and execute our product strategy and roadmap.
Over the next 12-24 months, we have an aggressive product enhancement effort planned. You will play a key role in addressing these customers’ needs with our platform.
The right candidate will be solution oriented, self-starter with a strong customer focus and passion for product management. You will be ready to hit the ground running and be very adaptable. You will possess the ability to think critically and creatively and articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Six months into the job, you will have proficiency on the product and our sector and will be taking the lead in defining key aspects of the solution and customer experience of the Smartwyre platform.
Your Responsibilities
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have experience of working B2B products and strong product management experience.
Proven track record in scale up/growth phase roles
You will be someone who is highly curious with a focus on delivering to customer and market needs
Having experience in markets that is early in digital adoption such as healthcare, supply chain, logistics, B2B fintech, or construction is important.
Your approach to collaboration is natural and empowering, you will be Team player with high accountability and influencing skills and have experience working with both highly technical engineers and skeptical non-technical customers and users
You will have experience working closely with the customer and building strong relationships.
