Up to £75,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-commerce Specialist within our Digital team. You will be working cross-functionally to ensure that our retail technology platform meets the standards of an eCommerce proposition for our customers, leveraging common technologies that support both online and physical retail environments

You will act as the technical expert in the development of our global commerce platform, working closely with the product and development teams, answering questions, and solving problems to ensure we design and develop simple and scalable solutions that meet industry standards. You will be Identifying and recommending suitable solutions to ensure the true value of the Commerce platform and associated software can be realised, understanding e-commerce platforms and industry standards. You will need to understand the customer and business needs, challenging the wider team and stakeholders on unnecessary complexities, whilst ensuring business continuity and compliance are adhered to.

You will have a deep understanding of e-commerce capabilities and technology trends and have the ability and experience to successfully deliver digital technology transformation and change. You will have the skills to translate technical capabilities into requirements and functionality that is understood by multiple different stakeholders but not only that you will live and breathe the latest e-commerce technology and have an understanding of system and solution design concepts
