Role Overview:

We are looking for a self-driven and naturally curious individual who is passionate about problem-solving to help drive Enterprise sales at Gravity Sketch. You will be the right-hand person to AE’s on the team and will be focused on building the pipeline of customers and will be a part of managing live deals with new customers. This position will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales and we’ll expect you to be able to travel to our (soon to be) studio space in Raleigh, North Carolina, 2/3 times per week.

The successful candidate will be structured and organised, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proactive in rolling up their sleeves to get things done. The role will require keeping the CRM up to date, being on top of the details of each prospective deal, and proactively picking up the phone to push the consultative sales process forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and deeply understand Gravity Sketch and other software used in the design workflow - their use cases, designer pain points, value propositions
  • Help build a database of potential customers in our internal CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Research and approach these potential customers via cold calls, email, social media and relevant content based campaigns to generate new leads
  • Take ownership of the internal CRM to keep it up to date - log notes, key takeaways, and follow up actions from emails, calls and meetings
  • Drive the consultative sales process forward by keeping prospective customers warm, and proactively reaching out over email and phone to schedule follow up meetings when needed
  • Carefully monitor all interactions with the prospective customers - both written and verbal communication - to pick up on signals (e.g. when they might need a follow up meeting or demo, when they are ready to be closed)

Requirements:

  • Good structure and organisation, with strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven -to learn, to set targets, and able to work under limited supervision
  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and help out wherever needed - from admin work to picking up the phone
  • Curious personality and enjoys digging deep to understand and solve a problem
  • Great communicator - both written and verbal
  • Great listening and relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude, and strong team working skills
