About The Team

The Content team is responsible for identifying, creating/collecting, licensing and integrating best-in-class unstructured and structured data that is both self-sourced and from third party content providers. The team reports to the Chief Content Officer and has strategy, product management content collection operations and support responsibilities for each Content vertical. We have been experiencing a rapid growth cycle across all content sets. About The Role

The Product Manager – Company Documents team – we seek has deep knowledge of the corporate disclosure and investment research process from multiple perspectives including but not limited to buyside research, sell-side research, corporate investor relations, and consulting. In particular, the candidate must have a thorough understanding of how companies report business results to the investment community and regulators through the SEC and other global regulatory filings agencies, earnings conference calls/transcripts, investor conferences/transcripts, and press releases. The candidate will understand how each of these document types is used in the investment and analysis process and will leverage this knowledge to deliver a best-in-class document consumption experience to all users of the platform.

Who You Are

  • Deep experience in the various company disclosure documents used in the corporate disclosure and investment research process is required. Experience in the delivery of company filings (SEC and international) and event transcripts is strongly preferred. Transcript voice-to-text and audio playback experience is a plus. Knowledge of emerging ESG reporting standards and ESG-related content sets is desired.
  • Subject-matter expertise with content feeds including licensed document feeds implemented via APIs and FTPs.
  • Existing relationships with content vendors and knowledge of the competitive landscape among content vendors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of how company filings and event transcripts are sourced/collected is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills working with content vendors and internal colleagues.
  • Significant content delivery experience using iterative / agile development methodologies.
  • A proven track record of delivering content from initial engagement to release and iterative enhancements.
  • Ability to lead a dedicated development team of engineers, QA, scrum master
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, tech savvy and outstanding attention to detail.
  • A superior ability to set priorities, stay focused and meet or beat deadlines.
  • Solid Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Google Sheets/Google Docs/Google Slides, Project Management (Confluence, Jira, etc.) software experience.
  • B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application company experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the full life cycle of company documents integration, from definition to diligence to implementation, testing, delivery, feedback and on-going enhancements.
  • Analyze other relevant competing products in the market and interact with customers to understand their workflows and pain points and gather and document actionable feedback.
  • Create and manage a project roadmap by working with development teams to understand and optimize costs, benefits, and timelines for all aspects of implementation.
  • Applying agile development methodology and working iteratively with engineers and various stakeholders to define scope and deliver features and improvements rapidly, while iterating to make improvements.
  • Creating specifications and communicating detailed requirements and user stories to the engineering teams and working in constant collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Contributing to the successful launch of content into the market, including the creation of announcements, marketing collateral, documentation, user training and internal training.
  • Track industry trends and deliver competitive intelligence to better evolve product vision.
