Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Business Development Representative. Responsible for outreach to landowners interested in leasing land to host solar projects. This role will generate new leads, qualify sites, and ultimately grow Dynamic Energy’s development pipeline in key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Contact landowners from assigned calling lists to generate interest and handoff to Dynamic’s Land Development Managers
  • Maintain organization and track status of assigned leads throughout all markets using Salesforce
  • Research landowner contact information to support outreach efforts
  • Review and qualify potential sites using GIS software
  • Maintain strong communication with other Business Development Representatives and other Development Team members
  • Support other outreach/marketing initiatives, as needed

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Interest in sales and business development
  • Willingness to be mentored and eager to learn
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM database a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, thrive in ambiguity, and to deliver results
