Kobil Technology, a cutting-edge technology company specializing in [brief description of your industry], is seeking a dynamic and experienced “Product Manager” to join our team. As we expand our offerings and reach, we are looking for a talented individual to lead the strategic development and management of our revolutionary "SuperApp."

Tasks

As a Product Manager at Kobil, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our "SuperApp." Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market Analysis (1st Priority): Conduct thorough market analysis for the business, education, and municipality sectors. Perform functional analysis, create user personas, and develop storyboards to guide product development. Execute competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitive yet profitable pricing strategies.
  • Education (2nd Priority): Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine product features based on market needs. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape to align product development with industry requirements.
  • Municipality (Distant 3rd Priority): Explore opportunities in the municipality sector, understanding unique challenges and requirements. Contribute insights to the product development process to address municipality-specific needs.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing consultants to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies. Contribute to the creation of collateral content and website design. Coordinate press and media initiatives to maximize product visibility.
  • Collaboration with Solutions Architect, Sales: Engage with Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate and refine product features. Deliver compelling customer use cases to support the sales process. Refine customer onboarding processes in collaboration with the Solutions Architect and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong background in market analysis, including functional and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in product naming, packaging, and deployment models.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
