We're looking to hire an energetic and driven Junior Financial Analyst with a primary focus on day to day business/project admin work for our client in the Insurance space. Candidates need to be highly organized, detail oriented, possess advanced Excel skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Term: 12 months - high potential to extend
100% Remote: EST preferred.
Hourly Pay + 15 days PTO, Benefits, 401K and much more!
$45-$55K commensurate with experience
**MUST BE STRONG WITH MS EXCEL
Specific responsibilities:
o Check invoices against corresponding work orders
o Update budget spreadsheet based on incoming invoices
o Submit and follow up on contracts to legal db/ IT controlling applications
o Prep work with questionnaires
o Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to fulfill the requested tasks
o Provide regular status reports to management and be responsive to management requests for information.
Experience/Skills Required:
o Strong communication and documentation skills
o Must have strong command in Excel (able to compile tables, charts, graphs, formulas, filters on the fly.
o Ability to work independently
o hands-on related work experience will be considered
