100% Remote Role Available! Contract To Permanent!

This role is 100% remote and the candidate must provide their own computer. Our client needs a membership coordinator who can start next week. This is a contract to permanent role at 25-30 hours per week. Our client needs a candidate who is great on the phones, has experience in data entry, and has a positive attitude! This is contract to permanent.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage 10-12 calls per day and email correspondence
• Utilize MS Word to compose letters to members of their organization
• Export reports to Excel
• Utilize their internal CRM for data entry to keep information on members up to date
• Utilize the 8x8 program for inbound and outbound calls on the computer or on personal phone as separate phone number

Hours

Monday-Friday part time with some flexibility

9:00am - 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time

• Basic Excel
• Basic Word
• Basic Zoom
• Basic Google Meets (Hangouts)
• Data entry experience
• Customer service experience
