Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develops strategic business plans for assigned territory that is consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
  • Meets and exceeds key performance indicator expectations while demonstrating excellent communication skills both listening and verbal articulation.
  • Achieves quarterly sales goals with aligned targets.
  • Develops pre-call strategy for aligned targets.
  • Demonstrates success in influence and negotiation skills.
  • Learns, applies, and communicates products and disease states over time.
  • Develops positive and collaborative relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
  • Utilizes aligned software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom and CRM software.
  • Proactively pursues continuous learning and professional development on sales impact, communication, and product knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a BS/BA degree. Preferred candidate will have minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of professional sales, territory management and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping. Periodic travel (:10%) may be required.
  • This role may have remote flexibility. The preference is for the role to be based in Canonsburg, PA or from a location on the East Coast of the US.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $72,000.
