What you’ll do at Jamf:
The Administrative Assistant will support leaders within the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate keen organizational skill that’ll be applied in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage calendars, ensuring prioritization on sensitive matters
- Coordinate and set up resources and technology needed for meetings/events
- Create or prepare meeting materials (e.g., Key Note deck; agendas) and ensure distribution to appropriate individuals in a timely manner
- Attend meetings, manages meeting notes, captures and facilitates action item updates.
- Monitor or over-see internal office communications (e.g., email; calendar; Teams) for internal team members and take appropriate action, as needed
- Process expense reports and manage expense reimbursement
- Provide internal and external customer service to employees, vendors and clients
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Prepare agendas for meetings and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, and other meetings.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support (Required)
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook email and calendar (Required)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level. (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to variety of levels, both internally and externally (Required)
Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent (Required)
