About The Role
This person will be the second hire on the operations team at Arketa, and will report to the Head of Operations. This team is “the navy seals” of people, strategy & operations @ Arketa. We do everything from analysis & strategy to implementation in service of world class operations. This team works cross-functionally at the company and will take on a myriad of projects in pursuit of operational excellence at Arketa.
This person has a “get stuff done” mindset. They are ready to take on special projects as they arise in service of rapid & thoughtful growth. They are able to context-switch and rearrange priorities appropriately with a positive attitude.
This role will focus on people operations.
You will
People Operations - This part of the role strives to attract and retain a united team of all-stars @ Arketa. This includes, but is not limited to: - Building company culture & brand through events, off-sites and processes that will attract the best and brightest to our fully remote team at Arketa. - Help design and update people policies, procedures, and trainings - Ensure competitive benefits & perks - Onboarding/Offboarding: work with Head of Operations to deliver world class onboarding & offboarding processes that attract and retain a united team of all-stars @ Arketa. New teammates will feel inspired, connected and empowered with the right knowledge and tools to succeed from the get-go. - Offboarding will be standardized and efficient, successfully capture institutional knowledge and learnings from transitioning teammates. - Signs of success: alumni teammates will enthusiastically refer candidates and endorse working at the company, and will help the company grow with their feedback upon departure. - Support the internal team with people questions and requests - Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes & communications
