Do you have a passion for helping employees and want to take your Human Resources/Employee Relations Career to new heights? We have an immediate need for an HR Business Partner/ Consultant Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Description:

The Business Partner/HR (Consulting Services Manager) is responsible for consistently providing care for employees to ensure all are made part of the HTC community. The objective is to improve working relations with consultants, create a sense of team, build morale, improve employee retention and increase productivity. The CSM will be responsible for overseeing consultants that are located within a department and will conduct onboarding, oversee managing salary exceptions/escalations, remarketing, performance coaching, terminations, managing system data (Paycor and Peoplesoft today), managing immigration requests, assisting with equipment issues, working with the training and development teams on consultant career planning, facilitating annual performance reviews, and creating a sense of HTC culture within the region.

The CSM will facilitate the execution of corporate policies and procedures, maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the HTC team, customers, clients, and all service partners through timely, accurate and professional communication.

Employee Engagement

  • Responsible for the onboarding activities related to specific accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for HTC and Client specific documents
  • Responsible for conducting New Hire Orientations
  • Provide support to and facilitate engagement of local employees and subcontractor resources

Redeployment

  • Inform consultants of the client end date and initiate the redeployment process
  • Coordinate local redeployment activities
  • Partner with National Redeployment Team for tracking, performing submittals
  • Engage National Redeployment Team for employees who may travel or relocate
  • Communication of Bench decisions

Personnel Management

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulations related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve and properly escalate employee relations issues
  • Work with Account Management to communicate with clients to identify potential performance issues
  • Provide coaching to employees to improve effectiveness or conduct.
  • Coordinate with HR to develop and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Subcontractor Responsibilities

  • Assist Subcontractors with questions and facilitate communications with Corporate Subcontracting Team.
  • Facilitate subcontractor requests for immigration-related items (travel letters, letters for visa extensions)
