The Ad Operations Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) campaigns in support of consumer packaged goods (CPG) as well as other brands from finance, travel, and automotive to retail clients. The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for the management of media campaigns with operational excellence from pre-launch through to post-launch and driving solutions for optimal campaign performance and strategic results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with managing new media campaign launches, including developing, maintaining, and communicating campaign pipeline, timelines, and tasks.
  • Assists clients with onboarding, technical execution, program implementation, and first-tier technical troubleshooting.
  • Uses Digital Out-of-Home software to monitor, analyze performance, and provide client updates on media campaign pacing and performance.
  • Ensures and maintains overall campaign quality.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).
  • 1+ years’ experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Client Services - dealing directly with internal business teams, clients, and Sales Executives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience managing display advertising campaigns for a publisher, network, exchange, DSP, or agency, with Digital Out-of-home experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, business campaigns, and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Superior written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate effectively with remote colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients and co-workers through customer service and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and reports.
  • Ability to evaluate processes and continually strive towards improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in an environment of frequently changing priorities while successfully managing the demands of a quickly growing workforce and client base.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve issues through first tier-troubleshooting, manage issues through resolution and apply learnings to future situations.

Business Travel

  • This position requires up to 10% business travel.

Pay And Benefits

For Washington State or jurisdictions that require the publication of pay ranges, the base pay range for this position is $27.20- $48.97 per hour. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Short-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects.
