Job Description
CVS Health has an exciting new opportunity in Cumberland, RI for a Customer Care Representative. The Customer Care Contact Center is actively hiring service focused professionals fielding inbound contacts from our Digital (Website, App, etc) customers.
You will be responsible for incoming customer contact across all channels including phone, email and online chat. In the this position, you will use your proficiency with all CVS online, mobile and social media platforms to drive digital adoption and serve as a customer advocate for CVS.com, Prescription Management, CarePass Program and CVS Photo support needs. You will work in a team environment, take ownership for solving customer issues, and help customers navigate CVS’s digital platforms, with the ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.
This is a flexible work from home position which will require you to work remotely and travel into the office 1/2 time per week. The schedule for this position is 10:30am – 7:00pm. Our hours of operation have temporarily been reduced. If we lift hours change back to reg. business hours, the candidate must be flexible to cover hours of operation as business needs, in the event where hours are adjusted to later in the evening. We are seeking someone interested in working Flexible Work from home Monday through Friday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
