How You’ll Contribute

We are looking for an energetic TA Coordinator to support our growing TA Team and the epic candidate experience we are creating at Synapse Health. In addition to the roles and responsibilities a TA Coordinator typically plays, this role offers a growth opportunity to own one (1) high volume requisition for our frontline in-bound customer service role. If you are a current TA Coordinator and are looking for the chance to develop your recruiting skills, this could be a great fit! The role is fully-remote, or there is a hybrid option available to those in the Chicago area (Skokie, IL).

Ways in which you'll contribute include:

  • Creating job postings and promoting on career pages and social media outlets.
  • Establishing and maximizing sourcing channels to help fill talent pipelines
  • Reviewing job applications and filtering for candidates with the most competitive skills/experience
  • Ownership of one (1) multi-incumbent requisition as a growth opportunity
  • Performing reference checks and sending candidate offer letters.
  • Scheduling virtual interviews and planning in-office travel/visits.
  • Managing recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from applicants
  • Assist with ATS platform and other technology needed to support the hiring process.
  • Some assistance across the broader HR team will be expected in periods of lower recruiting volume

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

At Synapse Health we’ve intentionally built a culture of kindness, collaboration and creativity, and we consider those qualities to be table stakes for any new team member. In addition, this role requires:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Comfort managing high volumes of rapidly changing information
  • Experience in and knowledge of recruitment process.
  • Passion for the candidate experience
  • Excellent communication skills across all modes and audiences.
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement, with a commitment to detail and accuracy
  • Preferred: Experience in Paylocity and/or Greenhouse ATS
  • Bonus: Experience in Healthcare or DME industry
