Job Description
Drive candidate identification and pipeline generation strategies for dedicated business groups and hiring initiatives. Works in partnership with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to ensure the success of hiring initiatives. Build strategies to identify and attract top talent, partner with internal clients to ensure a positive candidate experience and have a deep understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles.
Ability to understand talent profiles, and the requirements of a particular role in terms of keywords, technologies, years of experience. Works on defined sourcing projects and the identification of qualified candidates. Partners with Talent Advisors, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruiting demand, prioritization and candidate profiles. Meets goals for candidate pipelines and increases the visibility of issues. Escalates issues to peers or manager. Focus on efficiency and candidate experience. May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a highly technical or competitive corporate environment. Preferred Qualifications: Strong research, sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills. Experience recruiting in a technical or competitive environment. Motivation for sourcing at scale. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to manage defined searches, candidates and multiple projects at the same time. Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience. Depending on the job, there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.
