CVP is looking for a detail oriented, highly organized Project Controls Associate to prepare monthly invoices for all billable contracts. Additional responsibilities include purchasing billable items for projects, maintaining purchase order documentation in Unanet Account System, and preparing weekly reports showing key performance indicators.

This is an exciting career opportunity for a professional interested in financial analysis and a strong team environment. The Project Analyst will collaborate with project managers throughout the firm to drive successful programs.

  • Prepare monthly invoices for over 75 government contracts in coordination with the project analyst and project manager.
  • Review and maintain aging accounts receivable, including communicating with contracting officers from multiple government agencies.
  • Promptly enter purchase order documentation into Unanet accounting system, allowing for subcontracting vendors to be paid appropriately.
  • Make purchases related to billable programs.
  • Prepare weekly reporting documentation to include key performance indicators such as delinquent accounts receivable, resource utilization, contracts at risk, and timesheet compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient MS Excel skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline.
