Overview
Elevate is recruiting a Legal Spend Analyst, who will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 corporate law departments to improve operational efficiency through providing corporate law department strategy solutions, back office operations support, spend analytics, and technology solutions. Your projects will directly impact the customer's return on investment (ROI). This is a 100% remote-based position.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will
- Review law firm bills to ensure compliance with the customers' outside counsel guidelines.
- Help develop best practices.
- Track and analyze data.
- Work on monthly reporting metrics.
- Train new team members.
- Support customers in more advanced spend management analytics.

Experience
- 1+ years of spend analysis, bill review auditing experience, or business analyst, finance experience.
- Have experience in legal operations, legal bill auditing and bill review.
- Prior experience as an attorney, paralegal, legal spend analyst, legal bill auditor, legal bill reviewer, or billing coordinator for law firms is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills, personable and collaborative.
Technical Skills
- Strong base of analytical experience and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Experience using major eBilling software vendors, including Mitratech, CT Tymetrix, Datacert, Bridgeway, and others.
- Familiar with the major eBilling technologies in the market today.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with learning new software products if necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
