As a Business Development Representative (“BDR”) at Nuvolo, you will make a direct and meaningful impact on the company’s growth and success. Our BDRs are a critical part of the sales team, responsible for generating new business leads within our key verticals.
Responsibilities Include
- Partner with Account Executives to identify, research and prospect target accounts
- Book meetings and demos for sales through phone calls, email, social media, and other creative channels
- Effectively educate prospects and generate demand by identifying pain points and articulating Nuvolo’s business value proposition
- Qualify inbound leads from our website, tradeshows, and other events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, contact, and activity records in our CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly goals including meetings, opportunities, and demos
- Meet or exceed daily activity targets including calls, emails, and conversations
- Work effectively in the Life Sciences vertical
We Are Looking For
- Highly self-motivated, driven individuals with proven success achieving goals while working independently
- Experience working directly with customers (could include sales, hospitality, retail, service, etc.)
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks within given deadlines
- Team players with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven success in a competitive, goal-oriented role
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools/ technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus Points For
- 6+ months of proven success in business development or sales
- Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or similar tools
- Expertise in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Corporate Real Estate and other regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, government, financial services)
- Proven success in a remote position

The salary range for this position is $55,000- $65,000 base salary plus commissions. Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
