Summary of the Position:

We're looking to expand our Technical Compliance team with a number of Junior professionals supporting the Products Team. The Products Division is a growing team that is on the forefront of Evolutions’ global expansion and ideally will be based in the US.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of the projects related not only to our already established markets but in new markets, as well. In this role, you will review the technical aspects of our projects and evaluate and provide appropriate technical compliance advice to the company business on new jurisdictions and new products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, process and monitor live casino and RNG products´ and gambling features´ compliance with all relevant technical regulations in established and new regulated e-gaming markets including EU, Africa, North America and LATAM
  • Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities, certification and test laboratories for approvals, handling issues, notifying of key events and to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions
  • Own all control systems and work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure technical compliance of products at all times, identify risks or issues and evaluate and improve them continuously
  • Continuously identify, document and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with technical compliance requirements
  • Investigate and analyse technical features and product compliance standards in new regulated markets and assists with developing solutions for these markets
  • Develop project plans, reports and schedules to higher management, relevant internal and external stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget
  • Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of technical product compliance processes and procedures
  • Provide training as needed
  • Assist with the completion of product audits within regulated market environments
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time to satisfy the needs of the role
Qualifications
  • 1+ Year experience in a technical/IT role
  • Post secondary education
  • Fluent English to a high standard both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of gambling products
  • Good level of computer skills, experience in spreadsheets
  • Basic knowledge in Project management
  • Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles
  • Experience working with remote teams and peers
  • High sense of responsibility, motivation & result driven attitude
  • Adaptability and high stress resistance
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally with external and internal clients alike
