As Blueberry’s first associate product manager, you will have the incredible opportunity to shape the future of our product and business and lead a team of creative and dedicated engineers! What You’ll Own:

• Develop (and execute on) a compelling roadmap in alignment with OKRs, business needs, and resource constraints
• Own end to end product development lifecycle for your team, championing thorough and continuous discovery, generative design, strategic development, and enabling appropriate feedback loops
• Responsibly shape the processes, systems, and tools our teams use to get things done (eg. if something is broken or can be done better, let’s fix it)
• Participate in strategic decisions to influence the next phase of growth for Blueberry

Experience You’ll Need:

• 1+ years product management experience (bonus for both B2B and Consumer roles)
• Track record of data driven decision making
• Strong command of 0-1 product design and development processes
• Interest or experience in the healthcare or health tech industries
• Expected Salary Range: $110-130k dependent on location & experience
