What You’ll Contribute
- Manage collection, organization, and accessibility of global personnel files.
- Assist to ensure smooth on-boarding of new hires.
- Manage and support the background check process and legal attestations.
- Ensure completion of administrative tasks in an efficient manner.
- Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- Assist with additional HR Operation projects and duties as needed.
What We’re Seeking
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, records management, or office assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams, across time zones.

- The targeted base pay range for this role is: $32,000 to $50,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
