The Opportunity

The Role:

How you will make an impact at Envision Pharma Group:

• You will be a part of our expanding Global Talent Acquisition team
• Own selected elements of the recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, screening, and testing
• Managing the interview process
• Keeping the ATS (applicant tracking system) up to date and relevant – become an ATS superuser
• With support, setting up and facilitating the intake and de brief process with hiring managers
• Delivering against team key performance indicators as well as personal objectives
• Utilize LinkedIn to support your sourcing strategies, set up and maintain Talent pipelines and communities in order to support the Envision hiring plan

• Ability to source active and passive candidates via various job boards.
• Good communication and relationship building skills.
• A strong team player, with the ability to work independently as required
• Excellent MS Office and information systems/database management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Results driven and able to work within tight deadlines and a competitive industry.

Qualifications

• Worked in agency and would like to make a step to in-house or experienced recruitment coordinators
• Prior knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical communications industries specializing in areas such as market access, scientific roles and medical technology preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
• Creative thinker and storyteller
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
