Do you love solving technical problems and helping customers? We are looking for a Support Specialist with QA or technical experience to support our users with bug issues. This role is incredibly important for us to improve the app experience for all users and deliver the best customer support. As an early hire in a pivotal role, you’ll have a strong influence in helping us build a product used by millions of music artists around the world!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support tickets and communicate with customers reporting bug issues in order to gather information needed to troubleshoot
- Reproduce and troubleshoot the issues and communicate with the development team for bug fixes and software improvements
- Thoroughly document testing results and provide resting reports, make production improvement suggestions
- Advocate for customers while understanding internal resources, timing, and possible limitations
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of the Rentable platform
Qualifications
- Experience with QA testing and/or technical support for a software company
- Ability to dive deep into technical issues with developers and escalate as needed
- Familiarity with different testing strategies and methodologies
- A quick learner that is always curious and able to master new skills
- Upbeat, positive, inclusive attitude, and no ego
- A music hobby or background is also a big plus
