Your role in our team

• You will provide support for 4 global attorneys to include the following:
• You will draft NDA’s and LOI’s
• You will own the corporate registration process
• You will assist and manage attorney workflow
• You will engage in legal research
• You will compile and update corporate organizational charts
• You will perform general administrative duties as necessary, such as assisting with scheduling, and communication

Your profile

• You have and excellent attention to detail
• You have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the company and externally
• You are skilled at creating and maintaining operational efficiency
• You have the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced growth company
• You have experience in IT and/or SaaS industries strongly preferred.
