We have an opportunity for a P&C Coordinator (HR Coordinator), reporting to P&C Leadership, to join our People & Culture Team. You will be an individual contributor working cross functionality with other teams in the organization.

The P&C Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the People & Culture function within Trupill. The P&C Coordinator handles administrative tasks, manages employee records, and assists in various HR initiatives. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a people-oriented approach, the P&C Coordinator contributes to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the overall well-being of the workforce.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because...

  • You will assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • You are responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, training certifications, and performance documentation.
  • You will support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with the coordination of hiring events.
  • You provide assistance to employees with inquiries about benefits, and support the HR team in the administration of benefit programs.
  • You will assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees, helping them understand and adhere to organizational guidelines.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries, and escalate more complex issues to more senior members of the People & Culture Team.
  • You will coordinate logistics for training programs and development activities, ensuring employees have access to learning opportunities.
  • You’re excited to learn and stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to support HR compliance efforts, and assist in the preparation for audits when required.

  • You have 1 year of experience or academic education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills.
  • You’re able to think analytically and are solution oriented.
  • You act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • You show proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Experience with Paylocity and Jobvite is a bonus!
  • You promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment through your daily interactions with others, fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and engaged.

The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000.
