The Sales Coordinator is a critical role in helping to drive commercial activities and processes supporting the Corporate Sales Team’s key initiatives.

You will have an opportunity to hone your sales and operational ability while learning the fundamentals of our business. For qualified candidates who exceed expectations, this may create an opportunity to advance to progressive senior sales and operational roles.

This is a non-quota bearing position and performance will be measured based on your ability to consistently meet project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • CRM and Data Management: Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and prospects. Effectively track and manage team leads throughout the sales cycle via reporting.
  • Support Salesforce administrative workflows like Business Portal registrations
  • Input key data metrics for accounts like Fiscal Year Dates Using 3rd party databases
  • Lead Management and Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, help prepare sales materials, and conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Create lead list generation for outreach by using tools like Sales Navigator and LeadIQ
  • Manage, assign and organize inbound leads via Corporate Inbox and Web Channels and monitor progress across the team
  • Strategic Growth Projects: Support Director of Corporate Sales in strategic and market research initiatives. Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and resources to enable growth
  • Coordinate/create special reports and projects as assigned Director of Corporate Sales
  • Sales Administration: Generate reports and identify opportunities for internal process improvements
  • Organize expenses and work with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure payment timeliness for resource investments.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of sales, marketing or operational experience in enterprise sales.
  • Adaptable and coachable mindset to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of how to utilize prospecting tools like Salesforce, LeaIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft/Outreach.io and Vidyard/Loom
  • Team player with willingness to collaborate, support and coach peers

Performance Factors

  • Exceed MBOs and objectives acquisition goals on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Achieve ongoing reporting metrics and project timelines
  • Enabling commercial growth across the team by improving operational and sales efficiencies

The starting rate for this position is $50,000 ($24.04/hr). The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
