Your Role

As a Growth Strategy Associate at Zip, you will be responsible for developing and rigorously testing strategies to drive our most important metric - top line ARR. Zip already has a high ROI growth foundation in place - now, we’re looking for someone who is excited to help take us to the next level, developing creative and quantitatively proven strategies to deliver differentiated returns with our 7-figure growth budget.

You Will

  • Brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact
  • Help deploy seven-figure spend budgets to generate pipeline
  • Build attribution models to identify which experiments we should double down on, and which we should trim
  • Design processes to ensure pipeline is converted into recurring revenues
  • Analyze data, identify pain points and adapt your strategies to improve campaign ROI
  • Test ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeat

Qualifications

  • 4-year undergraduate degree from a top school (quantitative field of study preferred)
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience including from a private equity firm, investment banking, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent, highly preferred
  • Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibilities and own projects from day 1
  • Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data and patterns (Excel proficiency is a must)
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and be creative
  • SQL and Javascript optional

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$160,000 The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
