The Requirement

• Create documentation and educational materials such as User Guides, Help Articles, Videos, and In-platform Instructions to enhance user experience on Engagedly platform.
• Research, outline, write, create new, and edit existing content, collaborating closely with

various departments to understand project requirements.

• Gather information collaboratively to develop, organize, and create articles that are accurate and relevant.
• Work with development and support leads to identify and revise documentation repositories, ensuring efficient data compilation and centralized storage.
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, maintaining a consistent and cohesive tone across all documentation.

Essential Requirements

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in any video editing tool is advantageous, though not obligatory.
